Congratulations to the Able Foundation our Charity Express winner for January 2010. The Able Foundation is dedicated to serving the needs of the citizens of Beaufort County with disabilities and special needs. Their mission is to empower and motivate these special individuals to reach for and obtain their maximum potential.
